- 0.25%–1.00% of the funded loan amount, set for each loan based on its size and program.
- When am I paid?
- Within two weeks of closing. Sphinx Capital pays you directly.
- What about repeat loans?
- Repeat loans to the same client count for 3 years from the referral date.
- Who can I refer?
- Real estate investors, borrowers and developers who need business-purpose financing. We do not make owner-occupied home loans.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. There are no fees and no minimum number of referrals.
- Do I need a license?
- Rules for receiving referral fees vary by state and profession. Check what applies to you before accepting a fee.
